This competition is the origin of all Masters bicycle races. Franz Baumann was the first to come up with the idea of giving former pro cyclists the opportunity to practice their beloved sport in their age groups. This year it is the 52nd time.
Since 1968, many a big name has been on the starting list. Tour winners, world champions and Olympic athletes from all over the world brought international flair to St. Johann in Tyrol.
Racers aged 30 and over can participate with or without a licence.
